We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24-hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service(s) that was initially booked. A credit card is required for appointment booking.

Latecomer Policy

Please be sure to arrive on time. Anylate arrivals, more than 15 minutes, will need to be rescheduled.

No Show Policy

Please be advised that our salon has a no-show policy whereby any no shows will be charged for the full amount of the service(s) scheduled.

All Sales are final

We allow exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase date for ELIGIBLE ITEMS. Eligible items must be unopened packaging with all tags intact and in original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used, altered or customized in any way (brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored, washed, etc.).
